桃红色毛衫、格子裙、粉红色的蝴蝶结……听到偶像粉丝见面会消息时的星星眼……

欢呼、奔跑、跳跃……迈着轻快的小跳步……

还有花式的比心……“作”感十足的少女……

这……难道是我跑错了片场？

我《余罪》里那个重情重义的血性硬汉张一山呢？演艺圈的压力这么大么？

好吧，双语君（微信ID：Chinadaily_Mobile）想多了，这原来是张一山的新剧《柒个我》。他在剧中饰演一个人格分裂者，其中有一个人格就是一位名叫莫晓娜的少女……

虽然这部新剧在网络上的口碑分为两极，有表扬、也有吐槽。但很多观众表示，张一山的演技依旧在线。

七个人格，每种人格的诠释都一丝不苟。

尤其是邪魅的“霸道总裁”崔皓月，圈了不少粉，让人看到了张一山另一面的可能。

人格分裂是什么病

人格分裂在学名上称为“分离性身份识别障碍”（Dissociative Identity Disorder, DID），最早也叫作“多重人格障碍”（multiple personality disorder）。

Dissociative identity disorder is a condition wherein a person's identity is fragmented into two or more distinct personality states.

分离性身份识别障碍是一个人的身份分裂成两种或多种明显不同的性格的病症。

这种精神疾病被认为是一种心理应对机制（a coping mechanism）：

The person literally dissociates himself from a situation or experience that's too violent, traumatic, or painful to assimilate with his conscious self.

面对太过暴力、造成精神创伤或极度痛苦的情形或经历，病人因无法将这些事情与意识自我相融合，于是彻底地将自己分离。

▌症状 symptoms

❶ A person may feel like one or more voices are trying to take control in their head.

病人也许会感觉脑袋里有一种或多种声音想占据主导地位。

❷ People with DID will experience gaps in memory of every day events, personal information and trauma.

人格分裂者经常对日常事务、个人信息和创伤等产生记忆空白。

❸ Usually, a primary identity carries the individual's given name and is passive, dependent, guilty, and depressed.

通常，病人有一个和自己名字相同的主体人格，这个人格的特点是被动、不独立、有负罪感、抑郁。

❹ The alters' characteristics—including name, reported age and gender, vocabulary, general knowledge, and predominant mood—contrast with those of the primary identity.

其他人格特征，包括名字、自称的年龄和性别、用词、知识构成和情绪等，都和主体人格形成鲜明对比。

❺ Certain circumstances or stressors can cause a particular alter to emerge.

某些情况或压力源会导致某种特殊的后继人格出现。

▌病因 Causes

关于人格分裂症的病因，医学界还没有研究得非常清楚，但一种理论认为是创伤（trauma）或其他精神压力（stress）引起的：

While the causes of dissociative identity disorder are still vague, research indicates that it is likely a psychological response to interpersonal and environmental stresses, particularly during early childhood years when emotional neglect or abuse may interfere with personality development.

人格分裂症的病因很难琢磨，研究显示这有可能是一种面对人际和环境压力的心理应激反应，尤其是童年时遭受情感上的忽视或虐待会干扰正常人格的形成。

另一种理论则认为这是催眠等心理治疗手段诱发的：

An alternative hypothesis is that it is a by-product of techniques employed by some therapists, especially those using hypnosis.

另一种理论是，人格分裂症是一些心理治疗师采用的治疗手段产生的副作用导致的，尤其是催眠术。

要提一下的是，尽管有很多人格分裂相关的影视作品和小说，但这种病其实是非常非常罕见的。
