业主需求：

1. 想要有岛台的西厨。

2. 需要充足的收纳，东西都尽量藏进柜子里。

3. 采光要充裕。

4. 因为是改善型住房，需要预留未来宝宝的房间以及父母房，为后期三代同堂做准备。

5. 希望整个空间宽敞舒适，喜欢随性自在的现代美式风格。

整体费用：65W

（主材：海信中央空调、松下新风、威能地暖、珀菲克定制、嘉尼亚瓷砖、菲尼斯门窗）

原始户型进门有玄关，符合设计美学。但厨房区域只能满足中厨，业主有西厨的需求，设计师将生活阳台改成了中厨，将景观阳台设置成多功能阳台。
业主家选择了中央空调，所以只需要一个外机，外机放在书房外，减少噪音。主卧和老人房的空调外机位改成了储物区，把空间利用到最大化。
客卫的原始户型可以做干湿分区，但干湿分区会影响采光，设计师最终做成了一个整体的卫生间，解决了光线问题。
儿童房原始户型预留了卫生间，但考虑到孩子需要玩耍区域，最终放弃了儿童房的卫生间。
原始户型主卧没有衣帽间，考虑到储物需求，设计师用柜体划出衣帽间增大储物空间，保持主卧整洁。

LIVING ROOM / 客厅

客厅的风格和谐大气，流畅的线条简约干净，墨绿色沙发搭配斑马纹茶几，给空间增添了一份艺术色彩。The style of the living room is harmonious and majestic, and the smooth lines are simple and clean. The dark green sofa and the zebra pattern coffee table add an artistic touch to the space.

DINING ROOM / 餐厅

白色水晶吊灯大气又干净，结合金属材质餐桌，餐厅空间轻奢含蓄而不浮夸。
The white crystal chandelier is atmospheric and clean, combined with the metal dining table, the restaurant space is light, luxurious and subtle without exaggeration.

把生活阳台改为中厨，合理利用空间；简餐可以在西厨进行，增加与家人的互动。
Change the living balcony into a Chinese kitchen to make reasonable use of the space; simple meals can be carried out in the western kitchen to increase interaction with the family.

MASTER BEDROOM / 主卧

主卧以浅色为主，营造大气温馨的空间格调。舒适的大靠背床及酥软的床品在保证优质睡眠的同时，也为空间增添了几许韵味。
The master bedroom is mainly light-colored, creating an atmospheric and warm space style. The comfortable bed with large backrest and soft bedding not only ensure quality sleep, but also add a touch of charm to the space.

PARENTS’ ROOM / 父母房

浅色背景墙搭配静谧蓝，营造出温馨的睡眠空间。
The light background wall and quiet blue create a warm sleeping space.
CHILDREN’S ROOM / 儿童房

粉、灰、白、浅绿，设计师用多样的彩色为孩子打造了一个充满童趣的空间。粉色开放式展示柜可以收纳玩具，也可以藏书，功能多样，美观实用。

BATHROOM / 卫浴空间

卫浴空间通铺同色系墙砖和地砖，更具延伸性。临窗设置有浴缸，忙碌了一天可以舒服地泡个澡，幸福感迅速提升。
The bathroom space is covered with wall tiles and floor tiles of the same color, which is more extensible. There is a bathtub next to the window, so you can take a comfortable bath after a busy day, and your happiness will increase rapidly.
